Prices are between € 320 and € 670 depending on the season. A deposit of 30% of the rental to be paid upon booking, this complies with the following article :
Article 1590 of the Civil Code (1804-03-06, created by a Law promulgated 16 March 1804) :
If the promise to sell or lease was made with a deposit, then should the renter cancel, the deposit is lost ( at the discretion of the owner). Should the owner cancel then the renter will receive double his deposit.

The balance to be paid one month before the start of the stay will confirm the rental. A bond of € 50 for cleaning, this will be held as security against losses and be refunded after inspection of the appartment. The appartment is to be left in a good state, if preferred, cleaning is possible at 20 € per hour. Weekly rental is from Saturday noon to Saturday 10am.
